Fox Collins can provide advisory services in respect to capital funding. In this capacity F.C. works with the issuer in choosing an underwriter, structuring the terms of the issue and providing market knowledge and insight. Far too often a junior issuer is beholden to an underwriter whose interests are often placed ahead of the issuer. F.C. can provide unbiased and seasoned advice for those issuers lacking the experience necessary to confidently navigate the capital markets.
